Signeasy AI Terms of Use

These AI terms and conditions (“AI Terms”) are hereby entered by and between Glykka LLC (“We”/ “Us”/ “Our”) and the Subscriber who has subscribed to Signeasy by accepting the terms of service or by entering into an agreement with Us (the “Agreement”). These AI Terms apply to the Subscriber’s access and use of Signeasy AI (defined below). In case of conflict between the AI Terms and the Agreement, these AI Terms shall prevail. The Subscriber also agrees and acknowledges that any Clause relating to indemnification obligations in the Agreement shall be deemed not to be applicable to the Subscriber’s use of Signeasy AI.

1. Definitions

Any capitalised terms used but not defined below have the meanings ascribed to it in the Agreement. 

  1. 1.1.  “Signeasy AI” means any feature(s) or functionality made available by Us and labelled as Signeasy AI that utilizes artificial intelligence, machine learning or a similar technology.

  2. 1.2.  “Input” refers to the Customer Data that is uploaded by the Subscriber or the User.

  3. 1.3.  “Output” refers to any output generated and returned to the Subscriber or the User, as applicable, by Signeasy AI, based on Input.

2.  Acceptable Use

  1. 2.1.  The Output may be used only for the internal business purpose in accordance with the Agreement.

  2. 2.2.  The Subscriber is solely responsible for the usage of the Output, including (i) complying with applicable laws; (ii) complying with these AI terms.; (iii) refraining from misleading any person that the Output was solely human-generated; (iv) refraining from making automated decisions that may have a detrimental impact on individual rights without appropriate human supervision, or (v) usage in a manner that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any of Our rights or the rights of any third party.

3. Third-Party Service Provider

  1. 3.1.  We utilize the technology provided by Azure OpenAI in providing Signeasy AI.

  2. 3.2.  In the Subscriber’s use of Signeasy AI, including the Subscriber’s use of the Output, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to comply and to require each of theSubscriber’s Users to comply with the terms of use of Azure OpenAI, which may be updated from time to time.

4. Training

  1. 4.1.  Your Customer Data will not be used to train Signeasy AI for any purpose. Additionally, we do not permit Azure OpenAI to use Subscriber’s Customer Data to train their AI models.

5. Ownership

  1. 5.1.  To the extent allowed by the terms of use of Azure OpenAI, the Subscriber shall retain all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Output.

6. Disclaimers

THE SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT (I) OUTPUT IS GENERATED BY MACHINE LEARNING CAPABILITIES AND FUNCTIONALITY AND THAT THE SUBSCRIBER OR THE USER USE IT AT THEIR OWN RISK AND THAT (II) WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE AS TO UNIQUENESS, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE OUTPUT. THIS DISCLAIMER CLAUSE IS IN ADDITION TO ANY DISCLAIMERS PROVIDED UNDER THE AGREEMENT.
